Chinese men’s wear retailer and licensee Trinity Ltd. has agreed to acquire fashion house Cerruti.
It will buy the Cerruti luxury fashion and perfume brand for a maximum of €53 million ($70 million).
This comes only months after an ambitious restructuring plan.
