As of 2011 Marcolin will produce and sell eyewear under brand license of Diesel.
The contract with the former licensee, Safilo, ends on December 31, 2010.
The exclusive brand license runs for five years.
The partners know each other well already, since Marcolin also holds the license for DSquared eyewear.
