The Coca-Cola Company acquires the majority of sports drinks brand BodyArmor.
2018 it bought 15%, now for the remaining 85% it will pay US$5.6B.
At sales of US$1.4B BodyArmor is valued at US$8.0B, multiplier 5.7.
Already The Coca-Cola Company owns Powerade and Aquarius. The big competitor is Gatorade (Pepsico).
