Trademark Rights and Anti-Trust Law

Collegiate Licensing holds exclusive licensing rights from various college teams. It granted licenses to Electronic Arts for computer games. The college players, who’s images were used without compensation, sued both, licensee and agency. The two companies will pay US$40 million to settle the antitrust suit.[:]
